I’ve been wanting to see this remodel for a while. Where did they find space for 4 bathrooms? As a Rosewood resident, I take offense to the LOL from Skreeta, but I’m also a thrifty shopper. There’s a wide range of listing prices from one end of Rosewood to the other, and the difference largely hinges on the extent that it’s been updated or needs updating. People will pay more for a house on Rosewood (or anywhere in Byrd Park) because it’s a good neighborhood. And if you’ve got the skills and means to remodel, there are some bargain houses too.
Visited this house and it seems that the renovator did a really nice job (which is actually pretty unusual in the city- lots of people like to skimp on renovations). It is really nice to have 2 full baths on the bedroom level!
LOL @ spending a quarter million dollars to live on Rosewood.
Rosewood has already had a couple of houses sell right around this price (as has the rest of the neighborhood).
