Street Closings for the Fireworks

Street closings and parking rules to govern your Byrd Park fireworks experience on July 4th.

Dogwood Dell, July 4

Shuttles will begin at 4 p.m. from the City stadium. The shuttle route will be east on Douglasdale, right on Blanton, right on Garrett and will drop-off / pick- up passengers, then west on Garrett, right on Belmont, left on Douglasdale and return to the stadium. Douglasdale will be closed to all vehicular traffic except for the shuttles.

1) Douglasdale between Blanton and McCloy
2) Blanton between Park Drive and The Boulevard
3) Park Drive between Blanton and the Boulevard Bridge
4) Pumphouse Drive at Park Drive
5) On the grass areas around the reservoir
6) On any median strip
7) On Sheppard Street
