Another Vandalism Incident

From a neighbor:

Vandals struck last night in the Condos parking lot and cannibalized a scooter taking pieces and parts the seat the storage chamber misc metal parts….the head lights I reported it to 3rd precinct and police filed a report and took the VIN number of the scooter to see if they can find the owner.
