Vandals Living Among Us?

Vandalism and pranks on Maplewood and Rosewood are getting tiresome, according to neighbors. Below is a list of recent incidents:

• pulled up security signs from neighbors yards
• moved Pineapple flag to 3 doors down
• general trash, red drinking cups
• broken car window

A couple months ago, cars were found with their tires slashed in the same area, at the end of the Byrd Park neighborhood towards Fountain Lake.  At least one concerned resident believes the problems stem from parties at a Maplewood Avenue rental property. Does this sound a little bit like the tensions that have been mounting in Randolph for years now? Is the misbehavior migrating, or expanding?
