Lamplighter is One Year Old
In early January, Lamplighter will be celebrating their one-year anniversary. However, some of us remember the shop and snacking spot’s soft opening on December 17th, 2009. Shortly afterwards, a blizzard buried Richmond in snow (sound familiar?) and they didn’t really officially open until after the holidays. So, starting the 17th, go say hey and Happy Birthday to one of Richmond’s most successful new businesses. And if you’re jonesing for coffee on Christmas, they’re opening at noon on the 25th.
I biked from Church Hill to Lamplighter because I didn’t have internet in my house during the blizzard… Zach and Noelle even gave me a free muffin for the suffering!
Great restaurant, better people, godlike atmosphere.
