A New Approach at National Night Out

The annual neighborhood get together known as National Night out is coming up on Tuesday, August 3rd, from 6-8, this time at the Round House (instead of a block party in the street) and rumor has it, there will be a moon bounce (for the kids). Only those who have their coupon from the Civic League newsletter will get to take part in the refreshments and food. Here’s a description from the event hosts, the Byrd Park Civic League.

National Night Out is Back.
We’re having a party, it’s going to be really hot, so we’re serving something cool to really hit the spot!

Side dishes are welcome!

The Byrd Park Neighborhood will join forces to promote police-community partnerships Tuesday August 3rd from 6:00—8:00 p.m. at the Roundhouse. The National Night Out Event will focus on crime, drug and violence prevention; safety; and neighborhood unity. The evening will include a fire truck, police officers, food, beverages, fun and games, entertainment and door prizes.

Please help us celebrate NNO in a big way. Neighborhood unity sends a powerful message to criminals
that we are dedicated to building a safer, more caring neighborhood.
