In An Alley off Meadow

Tell me you don't want to move in.

Some of the alleys in the Randolph, Maymont, and Byrd Park neighborhoods have really intriguing features. The back yards, parking spots, sheds and unexpected little buildings add a new layer to the community. But, you have to get off the beaten path if you’re going to encounter them. The little shed pictured above resides in an alley off Meadow and has a great silver and rust-colored paint job.

The owner of Cary St Cafe lives in the hood.

Just across the alley, a little Richmond restaurant history resides. Jerry was probably still touring with the Dead when this one was last seen on Cary Street.
