Apparently our neighborhood may have seen some of this guy’s tags:

Good Afternoon,

Michael J. Atkinson- “WHO”, pled guilty in Criminal Court this morning.

• 23 warrants had been obtained
• Pled guilty to 13 warrants.  10 charges were dismissed
• 10 days of jail time to be served on weekends
• 36 months of jail time suspended for 3 years
• 1000 hours of community service to be completed at DPW
• Private, City, and VCU restitution to be paid. Total $3850
• All art supplies and evidence were seized except for electronics
• Banned from City Parks
