Sheriff’s Old House: SOLD
This is the best angle to photograph the house (according to that little tree).
The foreclosed-upon house of ex-sheriff Michelle Mitchell has been sold. The city assessor’s office has yet to post any info on the transfer of 2222 Lakeview Ave, like who the new owners are or how much the house went for. For more background on this story, see the previous post.
UPDATE: The house sold for $415,000. New owners and other details are listed at the City Assessor link above.
I thought her last name was Mitchell.
