Winthrop Hall has been Sold!

While speaking with the man repairing the windows on the building last week, I learned that the Winthrop Hall building on Idlewood Avenue has been sold. The property will remain as an assisted-living facility and has been purchased by a large unknown corporation (or at least it is unknown to the window-repairman, who said he repaired over 40 windows on the building last week.)
Does anyone have any further details about the sale or the purchaser?
According to the City’s GIS Parcel Mapper the property closed on Feb. 2 2010 to RAH Winthrop Manor LLC. It was on off-market sale for $2.1M and is assessed at $5.2M. The 54,000sf building has a mailing address assigned to the LLC in Chester in a subdivision.

PER the SCC CELESTINE D HICKS is the manager of the LLC and the registered agent. I was hoping RAH (which sometimes is Richmond Affordable Housing aka as Better Housing Coalition) bought the house but they say it is not their project.
