Fancy Beer Selection on Idlewood

Yes, that's Dog Fish Head 60 Minute IPA and CVille's Starr Hill
The West End Market’s incremental changes on the exterior are also reflected by at least one change in their inventory. The convenience store at Sheilds and Idlewood now has a selection of popular artisan and imported brews. The shop owner, Sunny Kang, said that a local resident introduced her to a beer distributor who recommended the varieties you see in the picture. She is also open to suggestions of others, if you want something she doesn’t carry.

Legend is now in six packs would be nice in there. Also Bells Brewery doesn’t make a bad beer.
Thank you Sunny. This is great. We’ve officially run out of excuses not to shop at West End Market. Our biggest problem is that we keep forgetting it’s there.
Nothing like alcohol, wigs and weaves for the Byrd Park demographic. /sarcasm
When I complimented Sunny on the beer, she said that alcohol isn’t the part of their inventory that they’re looking to expand (we did not address hair care as my do is clearly beyond hope). However, I think these fancy beers could bring in neighbors with discerning tastes in high-end beverages where they hadn’t seen fit to venture in otherwise. Then, they might pick up some incidentals. India Pale Ale is a newfound love of mine. So, I’ll probably be in there even more often than I already visit.
