Welcome to the neighborhood

We got a little ahead of ourselves and started posting before we were properly introduced. So here goes: Welcome to Byrd Park, the neighborhood site about … Byrd Park.  We’re also keeping an eye on goings-on in Randolph and Maymont and anything else in the city that has an impact on our community. If you’re interested in getting involved, have news to share or want to contribute in other ways, let us know.

Good to meet you I am sure we will be linking to you a bunch. Maymont and the Park are a popular destination for those of us just across the river.

Great! I’m in Byrd Park just North of the Expressway on Parkwood Ave. I’m looking forward to following this blog from our little sliver of Byrd Park just South of the Fan District.

This is a really great turn of events. I’m on Rosewood and I know that my neighbors have a lot to say. There are more good ideas flying about than we know what to do with. I’m hoping to see this site coalesce some of that energy (including my own) into exciting new developments, friendships, and good will.
